At Phtee, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.
All payments made on Phtee (including but not limited to Pro Memberships, Ad Credits, Job Posting Fees, and Store Items) are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
We do not offer refunds for:
Activated Pro Memberships, even if unused or partially used
Advertisement purchases after impressions/clicks have started
Store purchases involving downloadable or virtual items
Any service purchased using promotional codes or discounts
Refunds may be granted in the following limited situations:
Duplicate or accidental payments
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, reported within 7 days
Technical errors that prevent access to a paid feature within 48 hours of purchase
Payment made but service not delivered (e.g., post not published, ad not live)
To submit a refund request:
Email: support@phtee.com
Include: your username, transaction ID, payment method, and reason for the request
All requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, your Phtee account may be suspended or permanently banned.
Phtee reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
